We send all orders using professional courier delivery services to addresses throughout the UK.
The price of delivery is Free on many orders or is as quoted on the orders screen before you place your order. Delivery to all non mainland addresses will incur a small surcharge and this is also shown at the order screen and at the checkout.
All orders will be despatched on a Wednesday afternoon by 24 hour next day courier delivery. (This is to ensure you receive your order in the optimum condition by reducing the risk of it being delayed in courier hubs over a weekend).
All orders will be confirmed to you by email and once despatched you will receive a further email confirming the courier tracking details.
We only use trusted delivery companies that track orders and ensure goods are signed for. That way you the customer can be sure your goods are in safe hands and will be speedily delivered.
Please note that ALL items require a signature. We cannot just leave your item on your step or behind the shed!
Please ensure someone is available to sign for your item or if you wish to have your item delivered to a different address, please specify this during the checkout process.
If the courier is unable to get a signature they will leave a card with a telephone contact number. You will then need to rearrange delivery directly with them at a suitable time or arrange to collect the item from their depot.
If the courier is not contacted by you and the item is not successfully redelivered or collected by you, it will be sent back to our warehouse. To then redeliver an additional delivery charge of £10.00 will apply to a UK mainland address (other destinations to be confirmed at time).
We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery of the item. Please note that compensation can NOT be offered in any circumstance if a delivery has not arrived on time, and it can NOT be offered for any persons who have taken the day off work in order to receive the item.
