Vitamin A
Helps to keep the skin and eyes healthy and is important for a healthy immune system. Beta Carotene is a precursor form of vitamin A which means that it is converted to vitamin A in the body on an ‘as-required’ basis. Beta-carotene acts as an antioxidant in the body, neutralising potentially damaging free radicals.
Vitamin D
