Order Cancellation before despatch:
If you change your mind before the goods are dispatched just email us at customerservice@shotzhealth.com giving us the date of order and your name, requesting us to cancel the order.

On receipt of your email we will cancel the order and fully refund you via your original payment method.

If you change your mind after receiving your order:
If once you receive the goods you change your mind, we offer a simple straightforward no-quibble 14 day money back guarantee, just follow the easy to follow steps below:

1. Email us at customerservice@shotzhealth.com confirming your order number, name, address, product involved and reason for return.
2. Return the item to us in good saleable and undamaged condition (including packaging). Please note you will need to pay your own postage and we strongly recommend using recorded delivery.
3. On receipt and providing the item is as described above we will refund your full cost using the original method of payment.

Faulty Goods:
In the highly unlikely event there is a problem with any product we are of course happy to fully replace or fully refund:

1. Email us at customerservice@shotzhealth.com giving us your order number, name, address, product involved and why it is faulty.
2. If the product needs to be returned to us we will organise collection from you at a suitable time. You will need to be available to give the product to the courier and be responsible for securely sealing it for return.
3. Once received back we will refund you using the original method of purchase or send a replacement.
